Raw Material Inspection
When aluminum ingots and other metals arrive at our factory, they are sorted and tested in batches. We use only high-quality ADC12 aluminum. Random sampling and light tests are also done to make sure the components and lamp beads meet our high standards for quality and reliability.
Die Casting & Stamping
Aluminum ingots are melted and shaped using high-pressure die-casting machines (400-500 tons) to create precise shell prototypes. Stamping machines are then used to fix any deformations and improve the overall structure of the product.
Drilling and Grinding
The shell prototypes are drilled and polished using 4-axis and 5-axis CNC machines, ensuring smooth, burr-free surfaces and accurate hole placement. A dedicated inspection team oversees highly digitalized post-processing to guarantee quality.
Assembly
In the assembly workshop, housings are fitted with LED light sources and drivers using electric screwdrivers. Various inspections, including water immersion, functionality, sealing, touch-up painting, and appearance checks, are performed throughout the process to ensure quality.
Quality Testing
Before shipment, all products go through rigorous tests, including waterproofing, color temperature, power, aging, integrating sphere, thermal humidity, dark room, salt spray, and power-on tests. These checks ensure stability and meet safety standards.
Packaging
Once inspected and approved, the finished lights are carefully boxed and packaged according to the customer’s design specifications. Protective materials are used to ensure the products remain safe during transportation.
