2. The project evaluation and calibration method adopts a reasonable low-price bidding method.

3. Applicants are required to go to the Dongtai City Bidding and Purchasing Trading Market or Dongtai City from 8:00 on July 6th, 2009 to 18:00 on July 10, 2009 (excluding public holidays and holidays).
