Shen Weimin, deputy director of the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Quality Supervision, introduced that on June 17, the mandatory local standard “Maximum visible brightness limit and measurement method for LED displays in public places” was officially released. The local standards are for outdoor and indoor LEDs. The display screen is divided according to the area of ​​use, the area of ​​the display screen and the illumination of the surrounding environment of the screen. The corresponding limit requirements and measurement methods are specified, which fills the gap in the standard formulation of the field of “light pollution” in China. , installation and use of operating units have certain guiding significance.
