The "Code" stipulates that strong searchlights, high-power floodlights are strictly prohibited in landscape lighting, and strict regulations are imposed on the interference light of buildings, apartments, hospital wards and other buildings.

After 23:00, the illuminance needs to be weakened. The "Specifications" require that landscape lighting should fully consider the surrounding environment of the landscape. The landscape lighting facilities around the residence shall not affect the normal rest of the residents, and the brightness of the lamps towards the living room shall be controlled.

When setting landscape lighting around the motor vehicle road, LED lamps that are directed to the driver's line of sight should not be set.

The Code also specifies the maximum vertical illumination on the windows of buildings such as residential and hospital wards and the maximum light intensity of the illuminators directly seen from the interior. The limit on the street side of the residential area is slightly looser than the non-facing side. At 23 o'clock, the illuminance and light intensity standards before 23 o'clock are about three to five times higher than after 23 o'clock.
