New requirements for automotive LED light source module technology

At present, LED light source modules have been widely used in automotive lighting. The core technology has been mastered by a few giants such as Osram, Philips and Nichia, especially for vehicle headlamp technology. Although many domestic manufacturers have developed LED light source modules for automobiles, most of them are concentrated in the field of brake lights, direction lights and interior lighting, and it is difficult to build on the high headlights with high technical threshold.

In the research on the performance requirements of LED headlamps, the Institute of Electronics and Electronics of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (CESI), China Saixi (Guangzhou) Laboratory and other standards development, inspection and testing authorities have done a lot of research work, He has published in the core journals of the national electronic information industry standardization "Research on LED car headlight radiation safety" and "Exploration of color rendering requirements of LED headlamps for automobiles", etc., standardizing and fasting for LED light source modules for automobiles. The research of detection technology laid the foundation.
