Japan's first industry-leading LED module using ceramic substrate packaging technology

1: Compared with the conventional aluminum substrate, the ceramic substrate has a high reflectance, which contributes to an improvement in light efficiency.

2: Ceramics have high reliability and long life.

3: The thermal expansion and contraction coefficient of ceramics is small, even in high temperature environments, the surface is relatively flat, which helps to dissipate heat.

4: Easy to assemble, the Zenigata LED module can be directly assembled on the heat sink through the thermal paste.

5: Ceramics have a high thermal conductivity, which guarantees SHARP Zenigata LEDs with industry-leading heat lumen maintenance (95%)

6: Ceramic is an insulator, which helps LED lighting products pass various high voltage tests.

There are a total of 4 series of COB ceramic substrate package LED modules:

1: Petit-Zenigata series (4W, 5W, 6W, etc. 3 kinds of power, size: 12x8mm, luminous efficiency: 63-88lm/W, color temperature: 2700-5000K)

2: Mini-Zenigata high color rendering index series (4W, 7W, 10W and other three kinds of power, size: 15x12mm, luminous efficiency: 84-106lm/W, color temperature: 2700-5000K)

3: Mini-Zenigata high voltage series (4W, 6W, 7W, 8W, 13W, 15W, etc. 6 kinds of power, size: 15x12mm, luminous efficiency: 77-110lm/W, color temperature: 2700-5000K)

4: Mega-Zenigata series (23W, 33W, 63W, etc. 3 kinds of power, size: 24x20mm, luminous efficiency: 75-114lm/W, color temperature: 2700-5000K)

Sharp LED is based on a high power module integrated with a small power chip

1: Multiple high-quality low-power chips are integrated on the ceramic substrate, which has the characteristics of high light efficiency and good heat dissipation performance.

2: Low-power chips are being widely used by LCD TV's LED backlight modules, and the product upgrades are faster, which enables SHARP Zenigata LEDs to accelerate product development to meet market demands while ensuring product quality.

3: The flexibility of the product is high. When the existing standard products can not meet the customer's demand, the amount of small chips used can be increased or decreased accordingly, so that the relationship between product performance and cost can be effectively balanced to satisfy the customer. Diversified needs to enhance the competitiveness of lighting products.
