Shuen Technology announced the launch of two MR16 LED lamp graphite radiator products V304 and V402. The graphite radiator adopts the porous graphite patent process developed by Shuen, which has a high thermal conductivity to quickly bring out the heat source and at the same time as porous graphite. High porosity increases the heat exchange area to dissipate heat. Among similarly shaped radiator products, porous graphite is the best material for heat dissipation and is the best solution for high power LED lamps.
The MR16 V304 is a 32-fin fin heatsink for high-end, high-power MR16 LED bulbs with a heat dissipation capacity of approximately 6W. It is similar to the heatsink products produced by the commercially available continuous stamping aluminum process. The aluminum heat sink produced by the aluminum extrusion and aluminum die-casting process has a much higher heat dissipation function, and is one of the products with the highest heat dissipation capability of the MR16 LED light radiator. The MR16 V402 is a finless heat sink with a heat dissipation capacity of about 5W. It has a slightly better function than a typical aluminum extrusion process heatsink and has a cost competitive advantage. It is suitable for medium-end MR16 products.
The MR16 graphite heatsink has different mechanical requirements depending on the LED design. The V402 is suitable for 3 high-power LED Chip designs (5W), while the V304 is suitable for 4 (or 3) high-power LED Chip designs (6W). . Other MR16 bulb parts, Shuen provides plastic male molds for front and back covers, and LENS uses commercially available male molds. Light bulb manufacturers can design high quality MR16 products by designing MCPCB and LED Driver. In addition, in order to increase the beauty and selling point of the products, Shuen offers different colors of graphite radiators for customers to choose from, including silver, black, red, yellow, blue, green, purple, orange and so on.
In addition to the graphite radiators for MR16 products, Shuen Technology is also actively developing radiators for other LED indoor bulbs, including 7W LED MR16 radiators, A19 LED bulbs, LED candle lamps and LED PAR lamps. It replaces the graphite radiator required for the 7W MR16 LED lamp (500lm) required for the current 50W MR16 halogen bulb. The company expects to start sampling for customer testing in early December 2011.
