Individual small and medium-sized companies can only import expensive chips from abroad, resulting in a situation of low bargaining power, which keeps the cost high. For a single family, the energy-saving effect of LED lamps is not obvious and can not save much money. Moreover, LED lamps are about 3 times more expensive than ordinary lamps, and ordinary people can afford it, which is also a problem.
